The mechanical room at the south end of the building is nearing completion as the walls are being placed this week. In addition, the elevator pit has been dug outside the old RMPR entrance. You may have noticed that the site has been brought up to grade in front of the building. Construction crews are now digging the trenches for the footings of the new student organizational/student programs addition. The steel delivery has been pushed back to December 8. The wet weather has slowed progress at the site slightly. The soil remediation is about finished and that will open the site to the foundation work and steel. Weather permitting, we should see the steel framework of the addition begin to take shape on December 3!
