Hello everyone! I hope you are all enjoying your first few weeks back! Our group fitness classes start started. Just a few reminders as they get going! For our Yoga and Spin classes, you are required to get a ticket before class. Tickets can be picked up an hour before class. Hold on to your ticket and turn them in to the instructor at the start of class. Our classes run Monday through Friday. We offer Zumba Tuesday through Thursday, Yoga Tuesday through Friday, spin, and everything else in between. We have a new class called R.I.P.P.E.D. Stop by, bring a friend, and check out our fun classes.
