Weekly Reservation Form

The online form for Spring 2012 Weekly Room Reservations will be available beginning Tuesday, November 22nd , 2011 at 8:00 AM. When it is available, Please fill out the form below. These requests will be handled on a first come first serve basis.

This is an effort to make weekly scheduled meetings fair to all campus organizations. For the Fall semester there will be multiple meeting spaces to reserve. This includes Room 118, Room 18, Room 24, Room 202, Room 203, Room 204, and the Greek House (for Greek organizations only). Please refer to the SMC web page for room outlines and capacities.

Also, effective for the Fall of 2011 the SMC will have new hours. These will be Monday – Friday 7am – 12am, Saturday 7:30am – 12am, Sunday 10:30am – 12am. If you would like to reserve a meeting room in another building on campus this can be done by contacting the registrar’s office at (717) 872-3771.

  • ROOM CONFIRMATIONS WILL BE EMAILED TO THE CONTACT EMAIL LISTED ON THE FORM.
  • HARD COPY CONFIRMATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE BEGINNING WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 24.
  • ***PLEASE NOTE*** NO RESERVATIONS WILL BE TAKEN FROM ORGANIZATIONS THAT HAVE DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS WITH THE BURSAR’S OFFICE OR WITH STUDENT SERVICES, INC.

    In order to allow time for all organizations, please limit your reservation request to two (2) hours. Requests lasting longer than two (2) hours will be removed so that we can contact the individual indicated on this form to correct the information. The request will then be placed at the end of the order.
