Submission Options

There are two options when it comes to submitting your events to The Spot!.

Option 1 – You Design It

  • Design your artwork the way you want to see it (see Design Requirements).
  • Fill out the online Event Request Form.
  • Submit the Form with your artwork for approval.
  • Once it is approved, it will appear on The Spot! during the week of your event.

Option 2 – Let Us Design It

  • Fill out the online Event Request Form.
  • Submit the Form with any images and artwork.
  • Allow 1 week for design.
  • We will submit it to you for approval.
  • Once it is approved, it will appear on The Spot! during the week of your event.

Design Requirements

If you are designing your own artwork, please follow these requirements:

  • Dimensions: 769×591 pixels
  • Format: .png or .jpg
  • You must have the rights to use the images
